"Friendly staff and close to the gondola are the best things I can say about this place. Pretty expensive for what you get, but not surprising given the limited number of hotels in Gulmarg. I think they had cancellations since the snow was lacking, so the hotel was nearly empty... which is one of the reasons I think they never really turned the heat on! "We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance.
