I think they had cancellations since the snow was lacking, so the hotel was nearly empty... which is one of the reasons I think they never really turned the heat on! "We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance.
