"Wow. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and updated. The staff were incredibly nice. Breakfast buffet was varied and yummy. Location was ideal, being close to shopping and the important shops. Transportation was minutes away. I recommend staying in this area instead of close to Hiroshima station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Staff were very kind and found me a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking one! Yes, smoking was still allowed on certain floors of the hotel so there was a bit of a smell throughout. The hotel was conveniently located near the tram that goes to the train station and to the Peace Park in Hiroshima. The included breakfast had many options to choose from. I walked to the hotel from the train station when I first arrived ~22 mins. "

"Great stay to explore Hiroshima. Hotel was clean and had all amenities needed. Staff friendly and approachable. Check in easy. Breakfast was really lovely - a mixture of options and friendly service too. Short walk to the museum and peace gardens and plenty of nearby busses/trams to other tourist spots locally - really recommend taking a trip to Miyajima island if you can fit it in "
