"Lovely rooms and service, centrally controlled heating in the winter months is waaaay too warm."

"The hotel has lovely staff who are accommodating and speak multiple languages, the rooms are compact but comfortable and have sliding doors to the bathroom as to not take up space in the room. However from our room you could hear the noise of the city up until 2am this wasn’t a problem for us although it may be for families with young children."

"This hotel is in a great position close to several tube lines, Oxford st and Hyde park. The accomodation is basic but cosy and perfectly fine for a short stay. "

"Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly all of them. Breakfast was tasty and the room was relatively nice, especially for the price. It could have been a bit bigger it was very small but that’s the only thing I could criticize. I think I will return if I ever go to London angain. Best regards"

"Staff greeted us warmly. The room was clean with a small but updated bathroom with hot water and great water pressure. Proximity to Paddington (one block and three minutes walk) is the biggest asset. Do be careful if you have mobility issues because there are four floors and no lift. "
