"We recently went on a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children and stayed in the family suite with 2 levels. Overall, the vacation was wonderful and the hotel was a great value. It was a little challenging to get reservations for certain restaurants but we did manage to get reservations 2 of the 3 days we tried. And the Italian and Seafood restaurants don't require reservations and had good food. Property was clean, staff was friendly and food was good no matter what we ate. The pools...

"The staff and the food were excellent. Hard working and curtious, except for the manager of the Mexican restaurant who was arrogant and rude. I do not understand how or why you would look down on customers who pay your salary. "

"This is what a vacation should be! Spacious room with ocean views (I upgraded). My bathroom & balcony were HUGE (shower & a large tub). I loved all the lighting options- dim, mood lighting as well as brighter lights as needed. The balcony with 2 loungers was great because if I didn't feel like joining the nightly entertainment, I could enjoy the view from my balcony (room #945). FOOD: Noriku is excellent! "Absolutely beautiful beach - wonderful swimming, gorgeous water, and soft sand. Staff were kind and helpful, and so hardworking. Food quality and selection were good but more vegetarian options would have been appreciated. Room was quite basic but very clean and staff were very considerate in making beds and supplying us with extra towels. Kids LOVED the ice cream. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Oleo. It's a boutique property, so it's not as big as some all-inclusives, but it was very nice. The food was great with lots of different options available and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property needed a little maintenance - a fussy elevator, some damaged tiles, low flow shower drain, etc., but overall it's pretty clean. Overall, our 5 days there was a good experience."
