🚗 As you pull up to your new retreat, you'll immediately appreciate the convenience of the spacious driveway, accommodating up to four vehicles with ease. It's worth noting that the one-car garage is reserved for storage.

🏡 Inside, the main living areas offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy living room features a Smart TV and a record player, ideal for relaxation and entertainment. You can effortlessly control the room's ambiance by adjusting the blinds with the wall switch. Adjacent to the living room, a dining area comfortably seats four, providing a great space for meals and conversation.

🍽️The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. It features an electric stove, microwave, fridge with an ice maker, and a coffee maker. You'll also find ample kitchen storage space to keep everything organized for your culinary adventures.

🛌 Sleeping arrangements are as follows: BR1 offers a comfortable queen-size bed, BR2 features another inviting queen-size bed, and BR3 is perfect for family or friends, with a bunk bed consisting of a full-size bed over another full-size bed. In the basement, BR4 awaits as a spacious master suite, complete with a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a shared full bathroom.

🛋️ The basement is an entertainment hub, featuring a large couch and a Smart TV for endless fun and relaxation. Challenge your friends or family to a friendly game of foosball. Washer and dryer facilities are available for your convenience. The master bedroom suite is located in the basement, along with a shared bathroom.

Complete with comfortable outdoor seating surrounding a cozy firepit for starry nights, and for those who love outdoor cooking, a fantastic grill is ready and waiting.

💻 Additional amenities include reliable high-speed internet throughout your stay, a dedicated workspace equipped with a printer in the master bedroom, and thoughtful amenities for families with children, such as a stroller, pack 'n play, and a high chair. We provide a starter kit with toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and more for your convenience, but we recommend bringing any additional items you may require for your stay.

🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
