"The Mystery Hotel was lovely, staff were polite and attentive. The room was a beautiful maisonette style, however the room temperature setting was too hot. This needs to be left to the room occupier to decide, not the hotel staff. The breakfast was well displayed and tasty. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others in the future."

On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant...
