"Great service and location "

"Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it. "

"Our stay was just perfect. The room was fabulous, with a grand view of the bridge. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Porugal, and the staff went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and attentive."
