Bungalows
We enjoyed our stay at the Blackhill Bungalows. Nice quiet area. We enjoyed a fire each night and the playground for our two year old. It is located on a little bit of gravel (didn’t bother us a bit as we live on gravel but nice to know!) We would stay here again if traveling back to the area. It was a great location for us to explore - Mt. Rushmore, Hill City, Sylvan Lake, wildlife loop, Needles Hwy/Iron Mountain Road, Bear country and Spearfish Canyon. We enjoyed a lot of local hikes and the outdoor amenities the local area had to offer!

Fantastic stay!
Wonderful property! Very clean and comfortable bedding. Plenty of towels, coffee pot, filters and coffee available to grind yourself with provided grinder. One set of shampoo and soap so bring extra for a longer stay. Firepit, deck and charcoal grill for each cabin. You do have neighbors but property remains very quiet. Approx 5 drive into Custer. Host was very responsive!
