"Great hotel in the center of the village. Excellent breakfast buffet and dining. Rooms are tastefully renovated and a mix between modern and traditional Swissness. Great hotel for hiking and exploring. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. "

"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"This was a lovely place to stay! A bit outside the main area of Crans Montana but right by a bus stop. Everything about this place was easy and wonderful and comfortable. Patrick and Lidia were very responsive and clear even with some of my dumb questions. I sincerely hope to make it back exactly here someday!!"

Le logement est exceptionnel, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Nous pouvons recommander ce logement sans hésitation !"
