"The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets! "

"We stayed in the week of the transition, owners taking over the management after a leasing of the property. So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. Otherwise the location is good and with an outstanding view of the Alps. Overall a very good stay."

"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"Delicious breakfast was included in our stay with good service. Rooms were clean and bathroom and shower were excellent. Checked in before we got to the hotel and had no problems. Parking was a little tricky to find but a local helped us find free street parking just down a few hundred feet down from the hotel. "

"We like the location of the hotel,the staff was nice but not great, parking situation is not great. They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. They didn’t apologized or cared about our inconvenience."

"For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. Towels were threadbare, and (like many European hotels) very difficult to get our bags to the hotel. It's...
