Meals were offered for a price. The food was ok . The staff are very courteous, friendly and accommodating. A staff member was even so kind to drive me to the bus stop. Be aware that they only speak Spanish. "

"This place is rustic but the host is so welcoming and it's well located a few minutes from the start of a popular hike. You can use bikes for free to get into the town centre. Communal kitchen is a bit cluttered but handy and has everything you need. Musica the Golden Retriever might just be the best dog in the world!"

"Took a quick trip up to El Valle during our stay in Panama on the beach. What a beautiful location, the grounds are so lush, and the scenery so beautiful. "Amazing beachfront hotel. Facilities seemed to be brand new. Complimentary breakfast with a full plate of food and beverages. Area is isolated from any population centers so the onky people on the beach were hotel guests and owners of the adjacent condo complex. Beach was sparkling clean. Uber users beware...seemed next to impossible to get an Uber from the hotel. Had to call a local taxi to get from the hotel back to Panama City for over 100usd. "

"It is a smaller resort so every part of the resort is accessible by foot. Very family oriented. They had activities for kids and adults at different times throughout the day. The buffet had enough variety to provide something for everyone and not too much that food was just sitting there."
