「The place was immaculate and well kept. The area is situated walking distance to the beach and local eateries. The unit is safe and cozy. I enjoyed staying here. The outside patio is awesome with a gas fire pit at your disposal. We spend time outside enjoying it. We’d stay here again.」

「I was vey pleased with my stay here. I travelled to San Diego to pack up my disabled mom’s apartment and settle her affairs. I wanted a peaceful, clean place to come back to at the end of the day and have a glass of wine, watch an episode of Bridgerton and decompress. This certainly met those needs. You cannot beat the views off the deck and it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent from Gina & Mary. Mary gave us a warm welcome on arrival and tour. 「Great location for the money. Literally one block to the sands and ocean. One short block to Belmont Park with tons of rides. Less than a block to the shops and restaurants and a Starbucks Nextdoor! Lol. Mission Bay was right across the street and has a little park. The condo itself was small but very cute with a cute patio, very clean. Only downside is no parking which the information said, and no ocean views, but for the money that was fine because it was so close to everything. The neighbors...

「We loved the location and property. We were disappointed with the neighbors. Not so sure what side of the building but they were loud. One morning fighting at 6:30 a.m. and the singing at the top of his lungs with a guitar. Then one evening/morning 1:00 or so loud with their antic that we had to sleep on the couches and close all the windows. The one other early morning with a loud stereo and tv. I usually can sleep through anything, but not these two.」

「This was by far the best lodging on our road trip. It was like a home away from home. And with pacific beach two blocks away made it even better. If they would rent to me on a monthly basis I'd move there ASAP. Location location location」

But it was great having a nice kitchen and nice bedrooms, lots of towels, nice areas to hang out both inside and out, grill, gas fire pit. So nice being close to the ocean, the bay, and nice cafes and restaurants. Close to beach yoga and rentals of bikes and surf boards. REALLY enjoyed our stay!」
