「The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days.」

「We had a most enjoyable time staying in Lake of the Woods with our accommodative host. The large and spacious rooms had everything we needed and warm, the bed is comfortable. Our host even lent us some snow sleds we could take up to Nordic Base and go sledding. We arrived a little late and we weren’t able to buy groceries, however our host sold us some organic eggs he raises. I will return again for a longer stay」

「This was a fantastic space for the two of us, with an ample deck. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings. So if you're looking to sleep in at all, your sleep might be disrupted by the morning light...

「We found this very nice and cozy 1 bedroom accommodated our needs for the 3 days of the CIF Wrestling Championship. Our son was competing, it was a short drive convenient to Mechanics Bank Arena made convenient to go back and forth between matches to get a bit of rest. Highly recommend. Eric and Eiji are wonderful Hosts, made check-in seamlessly」

「This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.」

「All the amenities we could ever want. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I would reserve it again gladly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.」

「The suite was immaculate. Communication was perfect. Really happy with everything.」

「This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The whole unit is very clean, beautifully decorated and located in a really safe and nice part of Bakersfield. It has so much offered, from the welcome basket, to the free amenities like coffee and the variety of teas, to the cozy bed, this is seriously one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long while. In addition, the host is really nice and answered all my questions promptly. Book this place, you won’t regret it. 」

"When I made the reservation, I chose the option to cancel up to the day before, but I was not able to select this option unless I ordered breakfast for two people. I made the reservation under this condition, but no breakfast was provided during my stay. I went to the restaurant, but was told that breakfast was charged. The fee structure is difficult to understand, and if they are going to charge for breakfast, I would like them to provide it as is, and if possible, I would like the breakfast fee to be refunded."
