I booked the hotel through Expedia and was sent an itinerary with a confirmation number of 28701796 and Expedia Itinerary number for 72980073499451 for a total bill of $66.62. However, Colony Inn charged me $78.39. The attendant and manager said that they were not aware of any agreement with Expedia. They had my reservation which was booked through Expedia and should have been aware of the price that was offered but still charged me a higher price. This appears to be a breakdown in communication and false advertisement. I would not book at Colony Inn again. I would like my $11.77 refund. I tried to think of something good to say about this property but came up with nothing. It is not worth the cost nor the distance it takes to drive from the Interstate to downtown. Plus, they served no breakfast!

The room in the annex section of the hotel smelled of mold and mildew, carpet had not been vacuumed, dirty counter in the bathroom and sink, mold on the doors, and power outlets did not work in the bathroom.
