"What a great discovery!! Hannah treated everyone with such attentive care… a great start to the day with breaky and coffee in a setting where you could easily meet a few of the other guests… rooms were exceptionally cozy and pool was PERFECT, fully equipped with a little waterfall for ambiance!! Oodles of restaurants fancy and rustic all over the place nearby, and we were just a 10 min walk to the restaurants, stores, and activities at the ocean. "Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. Everything was fresh. Daniel was very friendly and wonderful to talk with. The last nights he made us drinks. As good of a margarita as I have had on the island. Overall a great place. "

"The Flamingo was a lovely way to experience Cozumel! We stayed in 2 different rooms. I highly recommend the suite, it’s lovely & the bed is super comfy. "This great little hotel is located in downtown San Miguel, the only town on Cozumel. It is a block away from live music clubs, actually Tony Bs is right across the street. The ocean is two blocks away and numerous restaurants are in the area. The pool area is on the roof and clean with a nice ocean view. Sandos Caracol Eco Resort - All Inclusive

"What a magical resort! It’s a great place for a family vacation. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas. The cenotes and natural surroundings were the main reasons we chose this resort. All the restaurant options were fabulous! We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, El Tempo. One great benefit of booking through Expedia is that the hotel concierge will make three restaurant reservations for you. The weather wasn’t ideal for us, but we embraced it—snorkeling in the rain and even spotting a small stingray at the resort’s beach. Be sure to bring water shoes, and you’ll have no trouble walking on the rocky parts of the shore. The rooms were perfect for families, and the bunk beds were an incredible option! The staff were fabulous and so was the night time shows. What a gem of a place! We can’t wait to return!"

Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"My wife and I just stayed here for a 4 night quick trip (1/24-1/28). This was our first time in a Secrets resort. We loved this place! Pros - The food was fantastic! The drinks were great - a little on the weak side, but we didn’t mind since day drinking is hard. :-) Grounds were well maintained. Never had a hard time getting a chair at the pool if you were out there before 10am. Staff was super friendly! Rooms are very nice - we had a swim out room and loved the pool. Cons - The only place to get bottled water is in the room, and I had to ask more than once to get it refilled. (Meaning, ask twice in the same day because no one showed) However - they have a really cool room service secret cabinet that they can drop it in, so they don’t have to disturb you when dropping things off. Marco the bartender at the Mexican restaurant, Jacob who worked in the pool area, and Gloria who appeared to manage the rooftop Preferred restaurant were wonderful! It’s a beautiful place - we would go again for sure. "

The Reef 28 Hotel & Spa - Luxury Adults Only - All Suites

"The Reef 28 was a perfect stay. In the middle of loads of shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. This hotel has a roof top bar/pool etc with great views. For a fee you can spend the day or days at the sister hotels which are lovely and attached to their own beach areas and have their own swimming pools. We have a couple issues with our room but the staff were very quick in rectifying the issues and even moving us to a same room first thing the very next morning. Staff are lovely and polite at all times. lovely location, hotel and great place. Would definately revisit and recommend 10/10"
