"This was our 6th visit to La Quinta resort but 1st time in this unit. It was pretty updated- except for a shredded outdoor chair and could use some new drapes in the living area. Upon arrival it was 100 degrees and stuffy with absolutely no directions as how to turn on the AC. After several attempts to contact California Lifestyle we finally started just pushing buttons on anything we could find. They eventually responded that they needed to turn the unit on remotely. "Everything was as advertised. No major problems whatsoever. The washer and dryer and dishwasher could use some routine maintainance. We had a great time and will consider renting again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit on the golf course. We were able to check in early and the check-in procedures were well explained. There were a few broken items (chair in master B/R, umbrella on patio) which I contacted the manager about, but since our stay was just 2 nights, these were not repaired or replaced while we were at the property. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone in the Palm Springs area."

"Great property for families. My two kids and wife were thrilled with the property and easy access to nearby food. The pool out back is really easy to access and the kids stayed in there for a couple of hours. Well stocked pantry with pots, pants and additional kitchen ware. All in all a great stay but we were only passing thru, but wish we made a longer stay out of it. "

"There king beds and a bunk bed room. Three bathrooms. 7 of us were very comfortable. Amazing back patio view of the golf course. Took us 5 minutes to get to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. No traffic at all through the back neighborhood. The house address led us to na back gate and it took a while and a quick phone call to get directions to front entrance to get checked in. The only complaint I had was the refrigerator water dispenser sticks. We had to mop the kitchen floor a few times....

"It was very nice but we had two issues during our stay. The ice maker was very slow. There were only two of us and we ran out constantly. The other one was the thermostat. It kept defaulting to 90 degrees. We would turn it down - it was really hot while we were there - and it would default back to 90."

"Property was well stocked with kitchen, bath and most of living quarters. A wind blew and left dust everywhere in and out. Did all we could to keep it out but relative also said never had that heavy wind with dust in 40 years living there. Interior is in need of painting and BBQ had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall was pleased with theunit"
