「David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. The kitchen is small but...

「Stayed 5 weeks. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way. But you can walk to the Haight for boutique shopping, or party in the Castro without needing a ride.」

「The SoMa Loft was perfect for our two month stay in San Francisco. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Financial District, close to the freeway, as well as many other locations throughout the city. It was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. The host was super! Communication was quick and clear. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the SoMa Loft again.」

「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」
