「The Spa Hotel sits just above the gorgeous coastline with an easy path down to the seaside. It is a slightly steep hill up to the town center, but that's easily walkable. The restaurant was excellent and everyone so kind and friendly. I saw the most spectacular sunrise and sunset at the property. You can't help but fall in love with the Hotel and it's natural beauty in the seaside surroundings.」

「Hardwick Parkでの音楽フェスティバルに行くために滞在しました。 タクシーやUberを利用しない場合、Stockton駅からは少し歩きます。ホテルからバスステーションまで5分ほどの距離なので、Thornaby駅へのアクセスが簡単で便利です。 ホテルの周辺にはスーパーマーケットのASDAがあるだけで他は何もないので、無料の美味しい朝食は有り難かったです。レストランのメニューも美味しかったです。 部屋はとても広く清潔で快適でした。 」

「As always, this hotel is a little dated, and the bathroom sinks are too small to be practical. It needs some TLC. There was a leak from the upstairs room on the day of leaving, but, saying that, everyone can have a bad day. I will continue to stay here; it's the first time I have had any issues, and the staff are always friendly, attentive and always willing to help.」

「We arrived to find we had been booked into double rooms with a double bed but had requested twin beds as we were a group of six elderly men! The reception staff went out of their way to accommodate us with this request, giving us alternative rooms. W also had a great breakfast here. The reception staff were professional, welcoming and went out of their way to facilitate our needs. 」
