"We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised! We chose a family room for two, and it was spacious, spotless, and in a quiet area, just what we needed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was good, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. Parking was an extra £5, but it was easy to find a spot, so no complaints there. The location was great too—there were grocery stores (including Waitrose and 24hours WHSmith), restaurants, and even a prepaid washing machine all within walking distance. Another great perk, it’s close to historical spots! We took a trip to Bath, which was about a 50-minute drive, making it a great base for exploring. What you see in the website is what you get in the hotel, its great value for money, especially if you have a car. I would recommend! "

Wish I booked a room with a view as we could just see the side of the property and a wall. But overall, will definitely stay again! "

"A lovely flat in an enviable position, with ample amenities close by and allocated parking - making it ideal for a week long getaway to an area we’ve not explored before. The flat was immaculately clean and great attention to detail by the housekeeper, with handy guidance notes on various aspects, which were helpful. Extra towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The weather was cold so the electric fire in the lounge and the heated towel rail in the bathroom were handy to supplement the storage heating. (There was also another heater available, which we didn’t need). Thoroughly recommend Scoozi Italian restaurant, who also offer a takeaway menu and Tiffin cafe a couple of minutes walk away was great for brunch. Would definitely stay here again. "
