「Staff were very friendly and efficient. Stay was relaxing. Only thing us would have been nice to have hot chocolate in the room for a non tea or coffee drinker.」

「Bristol とあれば Brisutol 市内と想定して予定をたてたが、とんでもない田舎で道は狭くウォーキングは危なくできない上に、Bristol 市内まで車で２０分以上のドライブ。重たい荷物があったが、エレベータがないので持ち上げて、腰を痛めるというおまけ付き。紹介するときはこのような状態をはっきりとさせ、次の犠牲者が出ないようにして欲しい。」

「Firstly the hotel is in the middle of the city and only a 15 minute walk from Bristol temple meads station which makes it perfectly situated. The hotel is in a gorgeous part of the city in the middle of old Bristol. The service was superb with book in really easy and friendly staff. Room was clean and I’d stay here again without a second thought.」
