「We like the fact that the property is historic, even if it means rustic brick walls and rickety wooden stairs. It's kept extremely clean and has all necessary facilities like a bathroom fan. We enjoyed the wooden card tables in the lobby and the many cool patios to sit in. An overhead hall light was out in front of our door, but promptly fixed. We didn't mention that one of the bedside lamps was not working. 」

「Our room was outdated, the TV and remote has slight issues, but we weren't worried about it or we would have called to get it fixed. The beds and pillows were comfy. The food was great, the only thing I would recommend is having different options everyday. We had the same breakfast each day we were there; but it was really good. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were really friendly. The hotel was rather quiet for a holiday weekend. 」
