「All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection. 」

「The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some...

「Grang hotel Jasná byl perfektní po všech stránkách. Skvělý personál, služby, atmosféra. Ve velkém vychází vstříc rodinám s dětmi. My si díky tomuto hotelu, naši dovolenou v Tatrách užili.」

「Front desk was very nice and welcoming at check-in. Room has a great view, but no air conditioning as advertised. They provided us a fan which was a perfect solution. 」

「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」
