「J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. 」

「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」

「I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. 」

「A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.」

「Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. On entering room discovered that room was not as originally booked on hotels.com website. After again returning to reception and lengthy dialogue with staff that our room was incorrect...
