"Condo is easily accessed in a condo complex that is on a steep hillside. Right over the beach as advertised and quiet but able to fall asleep to the sound of waves quietly lapping on the shore. Really comfortable beds and room for two couples to enjoy. Just the couch needs updating, but otherwise very enjoyable!"

"The condo is in a beautiful location with spectacular views. Hamilton Cove (the condo complex) is a 10-15 minute golf cart ride from downtown Avalon and there are 4 sets of stairs to get up to the unit. It included a golf cart for 4 that added value to the cost of the stay. The beds were comfortable, the unit is functional, and the washer and dryer is in a closet near the front door, so very convenient.
