The Space:
This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Making this unit truly unique is its waterfront disposition featuring bay views from both the lanai and master bedroom, wake up in the morning to the sound of wildlife. The owner had a very unique and space-conscious Twin XL sized murphy bed installed under the TV in the living room, making this unit probably the only one that can comfortably sleep a party of 5 in the Bayside Villas of South Seas. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line kitchenware and the unit comes with a variety of beach gear.

Guest Access:
South Seas resort remains closed until Dec 19th following damage from hurricane Helene and Milton, private rentals are however allowed. Hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators and laundry rooms remain closed, the pool and beach access are open and accessible.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or the wonder any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surrounding South Seas in style on bikes or on foot with the beach cart.

Getting Around:
We recommend using golf carts and bikes to get around Captiva. Golf carts are legal to use within Captiva`s city limits.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
