"Definitely an amazing resort, for relaxation & hanging vibes. The resort is a little ways from downtown punta cana where all the pubs and bars are & taxi transport to those places are extremely high. Some excursions also dont pick up from this resort. But overall I would say 9 out of 10. The food selection was top tier and our room was on of the best on the property. Just wish we could of enjoyed the ocean but it was sooo much seaweed the section was blocked off"

"We LOVED this Vrbo. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. It even had a cooler, and beach towels which was so convenient for our stay. The view of the ocean from the windows was jaw droppingly gorgeous. Our host Kelly was very responsive and helpful with local restaurants to eat and checking in with us almost daily. "First of all, to start off with a positive, the property from the outside is beautiful and is very tranquil. My girlfriend and I decided to take a mini vacation and thought this hotel would exceed our expectations. Before the trip, you get messaged by an electronic concierge whom is off site and appears to be sketch. We did not see more than two staff members on the property, whom were not very helpful. They always had an attitude and always contacted the off site concierge to address concerns...
