We are excited to share our upgraded home with you! The Magnolia Cottage has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. We have over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories.

Includes TWO smart televisions with Netflix and hi-speed internet to stream anything you need!

Our three bedrooms consist of three queen beds and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items.

Hang out at the bar in the dining/living room and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses.

There is a low-top table or a high-top counter that create the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go.

In addition to basic cooking spices/condiments, our pantry is loaded with board games, puzzles, and more!

The patio is complete with a charcoal grill, chairs, and a yard for friendly or competitive games!

Nestled in an great neighborhood convenient for walks, enjoying coffee on the porch, or gazing at the sunset.

Located only 5 minutes from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red Restaurant and Bar", and minutes from delicious restaurants makes this an ideal location.

Went for mom’s 70th birthday and she loves going to casino. Location was less than 5 minutes from Choctaw casino, neighborhood stores close. Durant was 10 minutes away. Place was clean and comfortable

Girl's Trip
A group of us friends met up in Durant to celebrate one getting married this summer. Durant was a good middle for us all. We found this house and fell in love with it. It's as pictured, clean and organized. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the casino, shopping, restaurants. The property manager was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. The only downside to the property is it claims to have a fire pit with outdoor seating and there was none in the back yard that really had no privacy to neighbors, and the beds were a tad too hard for our liking, but all in all a great clean place!

The house was just fine for my son and I - we were moving him back on the campus of SE Oklahoma for his aviation program. It was clean, a safe area, and comfortable. My only suggestions would be to add a lamp in the big family room area and make sure that in the advertisement it says you cannot use the garage.

New house, very clean. 1.5 miles to casino. There is highway construction, but you can get to casino from the house without getting into construction issues.

This cottage was a 10+! The feel of the place was cozy and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The property manager was amazing. The cottage is spacious, extremely clean, comes with a fully stocked kitchen, all bathing products, and many more perks. We will definitely be back! My husband and I spent a weekend here with our daughter and her husband and found the home to be very lovely and extremely clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone and we will consider staying again. Close to casino and restaurants. Only suggestion would be a larger table and more comfortable chairs would be nice. Thank you for providing a nice home to relax in.

Excellent, clean, and spacious.
This place was better than we had imagined. With the beautiful kitchen and cupboards full of dishes, we were able to cook every meal there. The house was decorated beautifully. Everything was very clean and they had plenty of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. This was a great place for a family get together.

We came up here for a Dad and Sons fishing trip. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting to well, but this amazing house made up for it. Great location and communication with owner! Only suggestion would be to upgrade dining table seats for us bigger fellas.
