"The perfect hotel for my husband and I. On the quieter side of town but within 2/3 minutes you are right in the busy area with lots of eateries and shops. The hotel was very clean and our room was immaculate. Our room was opposite the elevator and we were worried about noise but no need. The room was very quiet even when staying over the busy weekend. You need to request service to clean the room and we just clicked the button on the touch screen, when we came back one afternoon the room had fresh towels and the bed made. The pool was also lovely and very clean. It gets very very busy with children but we still managed to find space to sit and read. I do think the staff could check on the behaviour of some of the children. A boy was left unattended by his parents and he was throwing a ball everywhere (hitting people numerous times). The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would stay again and recommend. Improvements: - As the hotel is a spa hotel I think some body/hand lotion would be nice in the room. - Children times in the pool instead of adult only pool times. I think this would fit the “spa and wellness” image of the hotel better. "
