"I extended my stay with the property directly. It’s clean and quiet. The family that owns. It really cares about the property and definitely is doing their best. "Absolutely THE BEST breakfast buffet I've seen in years! Damn good! Aside from that, the room was clean, comfortable, very well stocked and the staff were very attentive, welcoming, and hospitable. Overall, a great place to stay and if I'm ever traveling to this area again, I'll stay here."

"Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel. "

"It was okay overall. They had limited availability in terms of room size. The room had fringed carpet some areas had small holes, the nob in the shower had broken off permanently stuck on "shower mode", also paint was missing on various walls throughout the room, it just didn't mstch thd hype of what I expect the Hampton Inn should be. To be fair I usually don't use hotel bath tubs any, but we did essentially pay for the option. The only saving grace was the staff, the staff at the front desk...

"We appreciated the shower/tub combo, and the towels were very soft. The beds were comfortable, too. The only issue, and it's not the properties fault, was loud groups of kids running in the halls up until 11pm., screaming; and a construction company parking in the lot and working out of their trucks into the late hours banging things."
