It was the only hotel in town with 2 expensive rooms. We didn't get the deluxe room with queen bad. No toilet paper or Kleenex tissue, only one washcloth for 2 adults. Only half the lights were plugged in to use. Shower curtain didn't hang closed, shower head was left on spray when water was turned on (surprise cold bath). No coffee in the morning, I called and got instructions on making a pot. Not much to eat: some pop tarts and breakfast bars, 2 cereals, milk, a few yogurts. No one there for checkout.

This property was not at all is displayed in pictures of accommodations. Rooms dirty, beds terrible, access very unsafe, no breakfast to go or coffee, complete false advertising and not at all worth what we paid to stay. Would have left except we had already prepaid when we booked. Expedia should remove this property from their list.

I have never left this bad of a review before and feel bad doing so but when I arrived at 9:30 pm there was no one to check me in. That's ok I understand they can be called away but i called the number a couple of times and was told the person was not available. After 15 min i was standing on lobby on the phone trying to figure out other options when someone walks out to check me in. I get my card and go to my room to find it has not been cleaned. Beds not made, no towels other than 1 dirty one in the bathroom, no garbage can liners in garbage. So i go back up to the front to address the issue, they may not realize. No one, call number and again not even able to leave a message the person is not available. Eventually I find a clean pair of sheets that I can make one of the beds with. In the morning I again try to go to the front desk on 3 different occasions to find someone to talk to. Around 7 am, No one but there is a pot of coffee made for the continental breakfast. I went back to my room to gather my belongings and check out. Left around 8 to find a gallon of milk had been put out with a few boxes of cereal. Did not eat just looked for someone to talk to and check out.Did not find anyone did self check out and got out of there.Very disappointed, I would've loved for an opportunity for them to make it right but was never able to get a hold of anyone . I believe this could've been a reasonable stay given a chance.I was not even able to shower before my interview

This is an okay place to stay for a night, but they need to find someone who "cares".Many complaints on no coffee or breakfast at 8 am, people left frustrated.I'm not sure what families with kids did for breakfast as the dry cereal was there but the fridge for milk was empty. Trying to contact the person in charge living in the building after we accidentally left our key in our room while packing up. She ignored our calls from their call phone until we started knocking on her door. I would stay there again, lol! but with no high expectations

Our keys did not open outside doors. People were propping them open with doormats and rocks. Stale/ musty odor to room somewhat improved with some lysol spray we bought. Coffee was always empty, breakfast was cold cereal and repacked poptarts. It was located very nicely to shopping and food options.

We got to the motel at 11:27 PM yes 11 o’clock at night and they had not cleaned our room yet. They told us they have volunteer cleaners. My husband saw a very interesting situation happen on the ground floor. Let’s just say it appeared to be an hourly rate room. They told us to come back in about 30 minutes. It was after midnight. Our keys did not work to get back into the exterior of the hotel, thank goodness the cleaning crew left the chain in the door so we could get into our room.. When we got to the room. There were markings all over the sheets quite disgusting. At 2:26 in the morning, someone had a key to get into our room. Through text messaging they were calling me by a different name. The whole situation was absolutely bizarre. When I reached out to Expedia to get help the hotel said they couldn’t do anything until after 4:30 PM. We did take a shower, but the water never drained. We asked for additional towels they told us they would have to bring them to us later because they were in the dryer, so this is well after midnight. They brought us towels in a Dollar General bag. I’m not sure if they went to Dollar General to get us towels or what, but that was very strange. Do not stay here.

We were in town for a family gathering. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 4 PM, even though Expedia indicated a 2 PM check-in. Initially, the lady behind the counter told us we would have to come back, but she eventually let us check in at 2:30 PM. The rooms were outdated (which we didn't mind), but they were also very dark, dirty, and only had one towel. The curtains didn't cover the window because they were damaged, and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work, making it difficult to use hair tools. On the second day, we returned to the hotel at 1 AM, tired and ready for bed, only to find that our key card didn't work. The office area was completely dark with no attendant present. There was a phone number to call, but it went to voicemail, which was full. We tried calling several times, including the reservation line, and spoke to a man who didn't speak English or understand our situation. Eventually, another gentleman arrived who seemed familiar with the hotel and the lady who should have been there. She magically appeared for him and was able to recode our key. If I could give this hotel a zero-star rating, I would.

We found other accommodations and didn’t bother dealing with getting our money back. The staff was courteous and hard-working, but this was not the environment we were looking for. This is a small town establishment run by few staff with old rooms. It probably would have been fine for a night but we were already in town for something unpleasant and didn’t want to risk further discomfort.
