The view of the Bay was slim. A few lounge chairs outside would have been welcomed. Location is the best part of Snyder’s Rest. Beach, trolley, and many fine restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. A trolly pickup was 0.2 mile away. Public beach access was about the same distance. Everything you wanted to do was accessible from this location that was more on the south end of the strip.

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Bridge St., restaurants, and bars. The unit was very clean on arrival. It was a cute cottage looking unit. The laundry room was conveniently located 4 steps out the door. It was a quiet location, and very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week vacation!!

This condo has a great location across from the beach. It was quiet which was very helpful to me. Clean and had many great thoughtful kitchen items. I would recommend a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged. It’s difficult to get to the top shelf.☺️

Nice kitchen with all the amenities some toiletries and decent bed. Wagon/beach chairs/umbrella and sand toys provided which was so helpful. Outdoor shower was so fun to rinse off the sand and clothes line! Great location. Walkable to Bridge Street Pier and ocean just across the street. Nice gift shop right next door as well as a Mexican restaurant with great food & drinks! Convenient Trolley if you need it. Steps away from Cortez Bridge which takes you anywhere you want to go. We did need to buy some paper products but not a big deal. Customer Services was exceptional. Unit does need the kitchen floor and sliding glass door repaired. Otherwise, we would go back if we wanted to stay on Anna Maria Island a second time.

After all, guests are coming to the island to spend all their time at the beach. Umbrella was broken in spots and chairs in the beach wagon weren't ideal for beach use. Otherwise, the rental was excellent and very accommodating of our needs! Would stay here again.

Very nice place. Only a few negatives… no dish to cook on except a cookie sheet and a pizza pan. The dishwasher was broken but not hard to hand was dishes. Only one really good beach chair… one broke one me when I sat dow… got a good chuckle out of tho. Otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Perfect add on week
This property is super close to the beach and historic Bradenton. One would not even need a vehicle to get around easily. Despite the location so near the Cortez Bridge, it is extremely quiet. The bay views out the side make for lovely morning sun. The home is well-equipped for cooking. Overall, it’s a great rental for the price.

Beach vacation
The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! It was great for the two of us and would work well for 3-4 people. Easy walking distance to the beach, the Bridge Street area, and a block from a stop for the free island trolley. There are laundry facilities in the adjacent building as well as a laundromat a block away. We would definitely consider staying here if we are in the area again.
