"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. "Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place. Would stay again."
