"All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. "We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. "Overall the place was good. Kitchen is smaller than we thought and the dishwasher was hard to use. The panel on the front of the dishwasher was too long so you couldn't open it all the way to fill and empty properly. There was no extra hand soap in the bathrooms or bin bags in the kitchen which made cleaning a challenge.Location was fabulous and communication with the owner was great and easy. Overall nice place. Would stay again."

"Good stay at the hotel. Staff friendly on arrival, no thrills check in. Breakfast was good, very quiet. Room comfortable and pretty quiet, shower room good. Will stay again. Very handy for central and Queen St station. "

"This is the perfect hotel if you are going to be in town for longer than a couple of nights. The kitchens are well-stocked and I loved being able to have food on hand for those late night excursions. There's a Tesco right around the corner. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Quiet off the beaten path a bit, around the corner from Hotenanny and St. Enoch's. Staff are kind and willing to help in whatever way possible. We've stayed at other hotels in Glasgow but this is now a favorite. The bathrooms are upgraded and the shower excellent. I do wish they cleaned the room everyday but that was a minor thing compared to all the benefits. Hightly recommend. "
