"The views were wonderful! The amenities were great on paper, a few were not ready for us to use (shooting range & submarine diving). Scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming all were readily available and the staff was very willing to support in any way (and very passionate! "Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!"
