"I had a great experience at Palazzo hotel. It is clean, safe and convenient location. My only feedback where improvement can be make is to stop asking guests at breakfast time for their room number and how many guests. I understand it asking once but asking every day becomes annoying especially when it is the same staff asking and the one who did the check in for you. It seems like they never had seen you before, really...."

"The hotel was awesome! They checked me in quickly and were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I am very picky over pillows but I found the pillows to be the perfect softness for me. I slept so well that I felt like I was at home. Also, I enjoyed the bar area. They have great food and drinks. I love that they provide a free shuttle to Universal Studios. Overall, I had a extremely pleasant stay and will definitely be back."

"For visiting the Universal theme parks, this is a convenient option. We had a 2-room suite, which had plenty of room. Leave the car here - and take their buses to the park - about a 10-minute ride and they run every 10 minutes. Starbucks in the lobby, and a convenient cafeteria-style restaurant work well for quick meals."

"I would definitely recommend. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Very clean, used the kitchen and washer dryer. Took a night swim, the pools are open until 11. The internal shuttles are Excellent. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful, all our drivers were outstanding. Quick Uber to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. My granddaughter loved the splash pad at the Cascade pool. We wished we had booked another night just to hang out at the resort. It is more laid back than Disney Hotels."
