「This hotel is NOT afflicted with hotels.com. When we arrived they had no booking for us. Of course Hotels.com has taken our money and we had to pay separately for the rooms we were lucky they had open. The managers were very accommodating even though we were the 3rd group this month to have the same problem. Was a very clean hotel with a great view.」

「This is a very prestigious hotel in Lebanon. My room had spectacular views of Beirut and the water and I watched the sunset from my room every night. The hotel is iconic, the staff and service were impeccable. The Spa and Gym are newly built and very convenient.」

「This is a nice hotel but it seems to be on a budget that is passed on to the customer. There are only the basics and sometimes those are limited or missing (ie toilet paper, towels etc). If you ask they will bring it but you always have to ask. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet but that was discontinued.We were often overcharged for items in the restaurant and if you want a good glass of wine that won’t happen. They were often “out off things”. I do believe it is a product of the lack...

「Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. 」
