"This hotel is NOT afflicted with hotels.com. When we arrived they had no booking for us. Of course Hotels.com has taken our money and we had to pay separately for the rooms we were lucky they had open. The managers were very accommodating even though we were the 3rd group this month to have the same problem. Was a very clean hotel with a great view."

"The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. The check in staff was always very friendly and willing to help. While the hotel may seem like it's down a back alley, it's actually very walkable down to the corniche area and to numerous other amenities, like a grocery store and shops. The only issues I had with the property are not with the specific property but with Lebanon's infrastructure. "The receptionist told me that the booking office is closed and you can,t check in because you booked in the same day. After an argument and a threat to contact expedia to inform them of the situation I was able to check in. Very stressful check in. Hotel is average for the price 70 $ USA"
