There are two kinds of rooms with a balcony and a river view, I recommend getting the larger one, if available — it is worth the price difference. (Although the smaller ones are quite fine, too). The breakfast is ok - same as in other similar hotels, maybe a little less selection. Friendly and helpful staff (Don’t forget to make special arrangements if arriving after 9pm) "

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "
