"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool."

"The lobby area in this hotel is positively spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Twice I had questions and both times someone arrived to help in minutes. Checking in and out could not have been easier or more pleasant. "

"***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had no control over the volume. The Roku remote did work for finding an app to stream something. If you are off island, and do not want to incur any international charges, whatsapp is what most people use in Guam. The communication was prompt in VRBO, but it was a lot . You will most likely told to contact an onsite property manager, who is not connected to the VRBO meessage system. This caused a lot of back and forth trying to get everyone on the same page and is how I found out they had more than one property tied to this listing. This location has a better living room set than the picture. It's now a long l-shaped couch if you and your BFF wanna lay down and watch TV without touching feet! Outlets were available in the bedrooms and kitchen, none in the living room unless you juggle some things around. I'd stay here again if i need to be in that area."

"Excellent place"

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly. "

"Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property. I told her I got sick from staying there and her only reply was that the last guest never got sick. Too many maintenance issues to list. Don't stay here, you will regret it and the host is not very responsive or friendly."
