"It's about a 20-25 min walk (with double stroller and grandparents) to Downtown Disney. Then about 10 min through to the park gates. We mainly walked about 5-6 min to the ART bus stop, and rode that right to the gates. I requested confirmation ahead of time that there were strollers available, so we really enjoyed not having to fly with ours. "Overall great place we definitely had some problems while we were there but the management company got right on it. It was very inconvenient because there was no hot water and couldn’t heat the hot tub but they took care of us. I def thought it was closer to Disney than it was. "It was a beautiful place. We definitely needed Uber to travel back and forth from Disneyland because it’s quite a walk after all the walking there. It was wonderful to have the ability to stock food in the house before arriving. It was hard to keep our kids quiet in the pool because it was such a great place to unwind."

"Perfect place for a small family. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our nephew and one adult (the full size bed was a great idea to have). The proximity to Disneyland is great, about 5 minutes by car. It is walking distance, but I would not recommend walking. After a day of walking around the Disneyland resort, that 2 mile walk could feel.like 20. We would definitely stay here again with family. "
