"I stayed here with a group of 6 people - 2 grandparents, my husband and myself, and our 2 kids. We felt that the house was in a great location, very clean, and a nice atmosphere. The kitchen had all of the materials that we needed, and the family room and backyard were nice. We liked having 2.5 bathrooms for the 6 of us. It's about a 10 minute drive from Mickey & Friends and about a 15 minute drive from the Toy Story Lot. "

"This was such an easy Disney vacation stay. It’s a big house with plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed (3 kids mom dad and both sets of grandparents. It was super helpful having 3 bathrooms to get ready in the mornings and the kids loved the kid (bunk bed room). We were minutes from the park(we did have rental cars and parked on property each day as it was to far for us to walk after full park days. Communication was quick and easy with our host. Overall we would totally stay here again...

"We had a group of 12. Needed to buy bath 3 more towels and a cookie sheet. Overall, it was perfect. "

"It was good for the limited time we were there between Disney. Kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to Disney. Nice quiet neighborhood."

"We had a group of 9 mixed ages. The house was more than enough room for all of us. Not too bad as far as distance to Downtown Disney. Roger is a great host with great communication. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Great property if you have children. "

"Roomy and comfortable is what this place was. The living room was great, and kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. We used one of their available strollers in the park- a real blessing. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the third master suite, as it had to be accessed from the outside by the pool, and we didn't have a third adult couple to stay in it. The kids would have loved to have that room, but we didn't want...

"Owners were highly responsive, best location for a 10 min walk to downtown Disney, plenty of strollers and cute little gift for kids at check in.House you can tell has been well loved, does not look as nice as in the pictures, maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades or updates. Floors creek REALLY bad upstairs, so if you have light sleeping little ones, try and limit bathroom breaks. Bring eye masks and ear plugs due to bright lights and thin curtains and road/neighbor noise. BUT we would rent there...

"House was very comfortable and well-equipped. Location was just under 1.5 miles from Disney entry gates, so if your group doesn’t mind a little walking you can save on the expense and difficulty of parking. Kitchen had everything you need for meals. Overall it was a great stay!"

"Two moms and two daughters had a great time in Disney for Christmas and the house was perfect, only a mile or so away, very clean and comfortable and you can watch fireworks from the front yard!!"
