"THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light. "
