The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, lots of options. "This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food. Fine, but if Deliveroo etc can deliver piping hot food across a town I’m sure this hotel could do perfectly decent room service if it wanted to. More...
