"We stayed at “Dovdevan” cabin for 2 nights (family of 4). The sleeping area for the kids was good with a comfortable mattress and a TV. We had a nice Jacuzzi (we didn’t use the sauna). However, the bathroom was uncomfortable with no stall , so all the bathroom area was full of water after each use. The area around the cabin/room is very lovely with plenty of trees ,shade and a playground. You can use the kibbutz’s pool in the summer. "

"The property owner didn't communicate at all, not even with the address. We were left high and dry without a place to stay and had to rent a more expensive hotel in the area as a result. "

"The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. "Amazing! An absolutely magnificent hotel, with ample places to relax and enjoy the outstanding views. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and fresh without being overwhelming. Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Hands down the best atmosphere and service of any hotel I have visited in Israel. Spa was delightful with highly trained staff! Recommend!"

Highly Recommended Experience at the Scots Hotel

"We highly recommend a stay at the Scots Hotel for adults who appreciate beautiful antique-style historic buildings with beautifully maintained gardens and a quiet and prestigious atmosphere. The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suited for kids and is designed for guests over 16 years old. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again."
