Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! "Our stay was very bad. It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this. The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."

The best spa hotel in Israel

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."

"Very beautiful hotel well meantian very good staff helpful & professional. The room was very nice with view to the pool & sea of Galilee. Breakfast was very good. Nice gym & pool. Nice garden leads to the sea shore. We recommend this hotel very much definitely will com again."
