"Wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location was convenient and quiet. "We only needed a place to stay that would be close to the airport for our early morning flight out, so we didn't need many services or amenities. Check in and out was very easy, and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Our very spacious room, and the rest of the hotel from what we saw, was very clean and well maintained. They had a very nice breakfast in the morning as well. The only negative comment I would make is that the hotel is located in a very industrial area so there are not many...

"Probably one of the largest hotel rooms we've enjoyed in Europe, and really nicely decorated. Natural timber and modern finishes, with cool textured feature walls and murals made it quite memorable. Staying a little further out from the city centres in Europe typically gives you better value. "

"So time of year is a major factor when booking at this hotel as with most authentic German hotels there is no AC in the rooms. Avoid a sunny room because masonry buildings retain heat from the day. The breakfast room and courtyard dinning were superb."

"The design of the restroom is absolutely terrible. There is no door, small toilet compartment with a non-locking glass door, and glass between the shower and beds. There is no privacy, no noise isolation, and the designer should never design anything again. Only book this if you're traveling alone. "

"We loved our stay at Ruby. We had an upgrade on our room which was really nice. Bar staff were really nice and enjoyed a cocktail made by barman especially for me and I give him 6* not only 5. Bar generally has a relaxing atmosphere. If you check in online you will save yourself a lot of time trying to check in at the desk. "
