Carnegie Bay Cottage offers a perfect location within walking distance to downtown Alexandria Bay, restaurants, marinas, entertainment, boat tours, golf, and much more. The Cottage, located on Carnegie Bay's water, has easy access to the St. Lawrence River.

The Cottage has it all, with plenty of room for you and your family, offering a high-end luxury home, a large front deck overlooking the water, a screened-in back porch, plenty of deep-water docking, a family room & living room, a Samsung large screen TV with surround sound, large yard to enjoy outdoor games activity with your family creating lifetime memories.

The rental rate is based on 12 people or less, with an extra charge of $250 per person. The maximum capacity is 14 people.

Carnegie Bay Cottage is a year-round high-end home with central air and heat. The kitchen includes custom granite countertops, a stainless-steel refrigerator with a built-in ice maker, a stainless gas stove with two ovens, and a built-in microwave. The kitchen contains a Keurig coffee maker, a 10-cup coffee maker, a 4-slice toaster, blenders, crockpots, a bartender bar set, pantry items, bakeware, and more.

The dining table seats 10, and 5 more on the kitchen island. The living room includes a stereo HD TV with a dish and internet—the office stores books and games. The bedroom consists of large closets and ceiling fans. We recently added a new front-load washer & dryer on the first and ground floors.
