"Our stay at sea gate was just amazing, I think anyone with a family should stay here and avoid staying at hotels , you get the luxury of a five star hotel but the feeling of being home , everything you need is available to accommodate you and your family for an amazing time . The place is very clean and the view down to the Dead Sea is amazing. You also have your private heated pool the overlooks the Dead Sea. This place is just amazing all around , also let’s not forget the staff who work there...

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes. The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba. "

"The entire front desk staff is top notch. They know repeat customers by first name. You see their friendly smile through the glass door waiting to greet you. The second shift staff are enthusiastic about their job. If you don’t speak Arabic no worry! Their English is very good. I encourage you to have the breakfast. "

"Our stay at the Opal Hotel was incredible! The décor was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was the amazing hotel staff. Ibrahim and Bilal were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even recommending places like Habibah Sweets, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!"
