「Poor shuttle service to Haram . During our stay no service at least from midnight fo Fajar and staff won’t tell you that’s is NOT running at this time . May be they can have a dedicated person to guide people about shuttle service . Walking is give or take 40 minutes to Haram . Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities. 」

「-The hotel is clean and in a safe and quiet area (seems like a new area in Makkah). -They have transportation service available 24 hours but have delay only during 9:00-11:00 pm due to tarawih prayers. The bus takes you from the hotel to kudai station and then another bus to king abdulaziz gate directly. -The housekeeping and service was superb especially Arfat who was very generous and helpful with any thing we ask to provide the the best service. 「Hotellet var bestilt på forhånd, men allikevel brukte resepsjonen flere timer. Selv om jeg gav dem bekreftelsesnr ville de ha reservasjonnr som ikke sto på bestillingen noen sted. Rommet ble ikke regngjort hverdag. Ett par ganger måtte jeg hente personalet for å ta med søppel. Kjøleskapet så skittent ut utvendig. 」
