"Booked this hotel for an Umraah trip with some friends. Fantastic location, 10 min walk from Haram. 5 min walk from local shops and restaurants. Rooms are brilliant. Has all the usual features you would want in a room. Ist class service from hotel staff. Hotel is also right off the main road so convenient for uber drop offs or pick ups."

"Friendly service. Check in at 4pm was a long wait as everyone was checking in at same time. Took over an hour for us to check in. Room was clean. And housekeeping service was excellent, by brother Nisar in particular. Location is good. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but kids approved of the choice so cannot complain."
