Absolutely gorgeous historic hotel. 5 minutes walk to Jackson Square. Amazing location everything was perfect.

the rooms just a lovely experience. Loved our princess balcony and being in the center of the action. Great shower, comfortable bed, free laundry. I would definitely stay again.

Walkable to all attractions, entertainment and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely incredible, including the customer service and check in process. We will definitely return.

The property was in a great location in the Garden District. Within walking distance to restaurants on St. Charles and within a 15 minute walk to magazine Street where there’s more restaurants and shops. Within 30 minute walk to the stadiums, we did walk at night and felt safe. If homelessness does bother you, just be aware homelessness does exist there and it’s gonna be everywhere you go in the city. Garden district is absolutely beautiful, but you will find it there as well. We had no issues but understanding it can be triggering for some. See which down the street was amazing for food along with Lula’s. Mr. Ed’s down the street has the best po boys. The trolley is easily accessible. Just be aware. The weight is usually long but super cost-effective if you go on and buy a jazzy pass. Hotel was wonderful, the staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. Free parking was a bonus! It looks like there was a restaurant inside the hotel at one point, but there is no longer one. Would’ve been nice if it was up and running as a convenient option, but there is always a cute café right down the street that has a great breakfast and coffee for breakfast in the morning within 30 feet of the building. And also the walls are super thin. If you do end up with somebody next to you, you typically can hear them talking. But Would definitely stay here again based on location and staff!
